A5187103 Snow is a sweet 7-month-old white spayed female Alaskan Malamute and Siberian Husky puppy whose former owner left her at the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on June 7th because they didn’t like that she dug holes in the yard. Weighing 55 lbs and expected to mature to closer to 70 lbs, Snow is gentle and affectionate. She is very scared in the shelter and needs adopters who will give her initial guidance and patience as she becomes more confident. Basic obedience training can do wonders in helping build a dog’s self-esteem and Snow will be so proud of the new skills you teach her. We suspect Snow spent her life to date mostly in the backyard, which is no life for any dog, let alone a young, active puppy. Her true calling is to inspire you to go on walks or hikes and to play with her at home. Snow is a truly lovely puppy who will thrive in a dog-savvy household (including those with kids) eager to help her grow into the amazing companion she is meant to be.
